Excellent job! There is a lot more to cleaning solar panels than just spraying them down with a garden hose. I was impressed with Joe showing up on time. That alone is an oddity today. He took time to explain the process then proceeded to do an outstanding job. As I shared with Joe, I called one other company. Their price was lower but they never called back after I submitted my information. As is the case most of the time, lowball prices are usually low for a reason.

He came out and cleaned 50 panels on our ground mount. He arrived right when he said he would and got straight to work cleaning our panels. Our panels were filthy, with baked on dirt and dust. I hired Joe Hernandez for our first ever solar panel cleaning. I do not do a lot of reviews but I was very impressed. I am not impressed much any more these days. We have a fairly large residential system and after 18 months decided to have them cleaned. Our production is up at least 15% possibly 20% since he came out yesterday. Joe was quick to respond. Provided a detailed quote via email including photo of our roof with a breakdown of costs. He was punctual, professional, and just all around an impressible guy. Our panels look fantastic now. He provided a lot of pictures from all angles, including under panels and gave his analysis of any issues. Fortunately, no issues for us.
